Partial Staging
Supplemental staging is offered for occupied or partially furnished homes. Select pieces and accessories are brought in to enhance what’s already there, creating a cohesive and polished look. $100/hour for staging services + furniture rental fees.
Pre-Listing Clean
Our deep cleaning service is offered as an add-on to staging or pre-listing preparation. Services are billed at $60/hour with a 2-hour minimum, and focus on high-impact areas that elevate the home’s presentation for photos and showings.

Basic staging (which includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom package) begins at $1,300.​ (Other Companies: Basic staging at most Colorado staging companies start at $2,350+).

3 Months of Free Staging
Pay once upfront and get 3 full months of staging at no extra cost. Since most Colorado homes sell in 47 days, chances are you'll never pay more. Need more time? Extend for just 25% of the original invoiced price per month. (Many companies begin charging monthly fees after just 30 days, making it unlikely you’ll sell the home before additional costs add up. Their fees can be as high as 75% of the original package price per month).
